CHECK FITBITS AT GATE
Pie of great distinction at Royers. Tasty fare at Teague’s with spirits and music served up with everything…pretty much all the time. Pop up dinners and small plates over at The Ellis Motel. Sorry, no rooms to rent just gossip at the belly up bar or secrets in a quiet corner. You’ll want to hang for awhile. Promise.
ROYERS PIE HAVEN
The whimsical Royers Pie Haven is a full blown coffee bar serving Royers sweet & savory pies, breakfast pastries and Amy’s ice cream. Seating inside or out on the porch. Conveniently located across the street from the famous Royers Cafe.

Here’s what our business is. We are a bar with good food not a restaurant with a bar. We have a full liquor license and sell custom crafted cocktails featuring spirits from Fayette County’s own Bone Distillery. Of course you are able to get great beer and wine and your favorite mixed drinks as well. Happy hour drink specials along with discounted appetizers daily.
That said, we do have a full menu and will be open Wednesday – Monday starting with lunch and the kitchen will remain open until closing every day. Our menu includes appetizers like cheddar biscuits with bacon jam, charcuterie plates of meats and cheese, bacon wrapped jalapenos stuffed with Texas goat cheese, and my personal favorite Ranched Saltine Crackers with Chicken Fried Bacon and Hot Sauce Syrup. Oh, have I mentioned our motto is “The Diet Starts Tomorrow”?
Ok, Ok, we have some health options like the Tavern Salad with simple greens, tomato wedges, boiled egg, bacon, blue cheese and your choice of grilled chicken or steak. But let me tell you about our Piled High Frito Pie which one chef call, “The best Frito Pie ever!” and our Texican Burger made cheddar and white American cheese grilled jalapenos, onions, fried avocados and your choice of chili, fried egg and/or chicken fried bacon. Check out our menu!
A charming little eclectic cafe tucked right next door to the Round Top Area Chamber of Commerce. Cozy into a corner and enjoy home made goodness. Soups, salads, great sandwiches and even better – there’s a full menu of ‘provisions’ that you can take home! Favorites are the homemade chicken pot pie, lasagna, meat loaf, gumbo, King Ranch chicken and more. Why cook tonight?
